FREE Local Pickup
At Sanderson Seasonal Supplies, we’re pleased to offer a FREE local pick-up option for all firewood sales. This convenient service allows you to save on delivery costs by collecting your order directly from us.
If you order by 1pm, your firewood will be carefully prepared and ready for pick-up at your convenience on the same day. You can collect your goods up to 30 days from the date of purchase, ensuring flexibility that works around your schedule.

Nationwide Delivery
We’re proud to offer nationwide delivery to the entire Mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland). With a simple flat-rate delivery charge, it’s never been easier to have premium-quality firewood delivered straight to your door, no matter where you are.
Whether you’re stocking up for the season or planning for the colder months ahead, we’ll ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Economy
If you select our Economy delivery service at checkout, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Our carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm. You will be given an estimated delivery window, but you cannot select a time slot with this service.

Premium Next Day
If you select our Premium Next Day delivery service at checkout, your order will be delivered the next day if you place it before 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next working day.
Premium 'Saturday'
Select our Premium Saturday delivery service at checkout, and if your order is placed before 1pm on Thursday, it will be delivered on Saturday by 1pm.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be treated as a Premium Next Day service.
Premium Nominated Day
At checkout, select our Premium Nominated Day delivery service to book a delivery day of your choice.
Your order must be placed before 1 p.m. and at least two days before your chosen date.
Possibility of Split Deliveries
Some items in larger orders may be delivered separately. This is to ensure efficient delivery of heavier shipments.
If your order is split, the remaining part will arrive within one to three days of the first delivery, keeping your wait time as short as possible.

How Kerbside Pallet Deliveries Work
Delivery Vehicle:
Some items in larger orders may be delivered separately. This is to ensure efficient delivery of heavier shipments.
If your order is split, the remaining part will arrive within one to three days of the first delivery, keeping your wait time as short as possible.


Kerbside Placement:
The driver will use a manual pallet truck to move the pallet from the truck to the nearest accessible flat surface, typically at the edge of your property (e.g., driveway or kerb).
Timing:
Delivery usually occurs during standard business hours, and we will provide tracking or a delivery window.

No Inside Delivery:
The delivery is limited to kerbside or driveway placement; drivers are not responsible for moving the pallet into garages, gardens, or homes.
Signature Required:
Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. If no one is home, re-delivery charges might apply.
Limitations and Considerations for Homeowners
Flat, Accessible Surface Needed:
The pallet truck requires a flat, hard surface (like concrete, tarmac, or paving). Gravel, grass, or uneven surfaces cannot accommodate the pallet truck.
Steep inclines or stairs are not navigable.
Road and Driveway Access:
The delivery vehicle must have sufficient space to park and unload. Narrow lanes, low bridges, or weight-restricted roads may limit access.
Homeowners in rural or restricted areas should confirm access in advance with the supplier.
Kerbside Drop-Off Only:
The driver is not permitted to assist in unpacking or moving items beyond the kerbside.
Arrangements to move the pallet onto your property or into storage are the homeowner’s responsibility.
Weight and Size of Pallet:
Pallets can weigh several hundred kilograms, so handling them without proper tools or assistance can be challenging.
Plan ahead to distribute or unpack the contents promptly.
Weather and Timing:
As the pallet will be left outdoors, ensure the area is clear and prepared to receive the delivery. Consider potential exposure to weather if items are not waterproof.
Delivery Delays:
Please ensure your contact details are correct. Failed deliveries (due to inaccessible properties or absence) may result in re-delivery fees.

- Measure and Check Access: Confirm that your street and driveway can accommodate a large delivery vehicle.

No, unfortunately, our delivery service is kerbside only, and this will be made via our parcel or pallet courier.
Delivery Logistics
Who will deliver my order?
Parcel orders will be delivered via our couriers, DPD or Evri. Pallet orders will be handled by our National pallet carrier, Palletline.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
For parcel orders, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. For pallet orders, it is important that someone is at home or identifies a safe place for the goods to be left. Redeliveries for pallet deliveries will incur additional costs.
Can I request a specific delivery day?
Yes, you can select our Premium Nominated Day delivery service at checkout and choose a preferred delivery day.

Why has my order been split into multiple deliveries?
Larger orders may be split due to courier weight restrictions. If this happens, the remaining items typically arrive within one to three days.
Do I have to pay extra for split deliveries?
No, there are no additional charges for split deliveries.
